Alex gave me a different person's viewpoint on feline handling and behaviour, and having the slides talked through, along with photos for practical demonstration, allowed for a more visual learning tool, compared to the written format of the diploma. I'm also pleased that I appear to be doing stuff right in practice and when advising owners, as old habits can die hard and it's easy to slip back into former ways. This course has refreshed my knowledge and skills and given me a new drive to teach colleagues and owners about feline handling and behaviour.
