Can I access my course and materials after I have completed?
Absolutely yes, this is your course for life and even upon completion, you can watch the course again if you so wish.
Will I receive a certificate and how?
Yes, upon completion you will receive a link to download your CPD accredited/RACE approved or AVNAT approved certificate for your records and personalised to you.
If I need to contact the course tutor to ask questions, how can I do this?
Your course tutor is happy to help with any questions or guidance you may need. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be put in touch with your course tutor and receive an answer within 24 hours.
I have a practice CPD allowance, can I have an invoice directed to my practice or do I need to pay up front?
Absolutely yes, just click on the invoice my practice tab on the home page and this will direct you to a form to complete and we will do the rest for you. We invoice both private and corporate practices regularly. We will then invoice your practice and email over your course enrolment details to you.
I am self funding my CPD, can I pay in instalments?
Yes definitely, we understand fully the constraints when self funding and offer 2,3 and 6 monthly instalments on ALL full course plans. Simply click on the course payment drop down menu and select your payment plan option and you are ready to go.
I can't log in to my account?
Please check that you are entering the correct email address and password that you signed up with. It's quite common for a delegate to have signed up with multiple email addresses, or your practice may have signed you up with a work email. If you are stuck you can contact us to double check the correct sign up details for you.
When I sign in to my account I can only see a free preview of the course, even though the course is paid for?

My Practice Manager or Head Nurse enrolled me onto a course using their details, can I change the course log in to my details?
Yes you can, this is no problem, just drop us an email and we will amend this for you straight away so you have instant access.
